Close ranked queues during off-season

When a feast season isn't active, the feast ranked queue is still open. For players who don't know better this can cause a lot of confusion, as they won't be able to find any games and write off pvp assuming it's dead. Players still play in The Feast (Training Match) queue often during off-seasons, but ranked queue games are almost nonexistent. It would be better for the player base to push everyone to the same mode to pop the duty finder queues more often. There isn't enough activity to merit keeping both the ranked, and training match queue open when a season isn't in progress.



I would suggest changing this window and the team ranked match window with another window saying "Next season coming soon" or on "xxx date" or "patch x.x"

The problem is, it's open because the concept is you queue in pre-season to try and get any tier rankups for a better start when the season begins. The reality is - absolutely no-one does this, and Diamonds certainly wouldn't because there is zero reason to when we can absolutely drop down a tier, but there's nothing to gain from getting more points. People really just prefer raiding, frontlines, practice customs in the off-season and it's' the same case across all regions.
