HUGE Lag spikes as of 21/04/2020 on Crystal

Hi there. So as of today I'm having completely unplayable lag spikes in any kind of zone. I still have a stable 70MB down 30MB up with 15 ping naturally but it's getting really weird. I've done nothing new with my PC in the last day or two. A restart and all that has resulted in no improvement.

I do play on NA servers from the UK which makes me in-game ping a solid 156ms and as far as I can tell, that's still what's showing up when I do a ping test. But in GAME, it's genuinely unplayable. Like 5-10 second 'disconnects' and then the game needs to catch up.

Please don't tell me it's because I'm playing on NA from the UK. It's not that. My ping has been completely tolerable for years. I raid savage and keep up with content just fine on 100ms, but THIS is the first time I can say with certainty that it's unplayable.

Anyone else having this issue? I'm on Balmung, Crystal.

Had the issue for a couple of hours but as of 21:40 it seems pretty okay? People in my linkshells said they had similar issues lately so figured I'd make a post! Hoping it stays stable so I can raid tonight.

I'm in NA and have this problem as well. I usually run in the low 80s but the delay/lag/rubberbanding has been awful lately (the past week).
