    Or, should we still add further 'Relic EXP' bonuses from particular content and the like to stimulate participation of otherwise stagnated content?

    Every Relic step has gotten players to do more than their usual efficient low-time-played weekly grinding. Are there any such additions you imagine for your system?

    The fate steps on the books went a lot faster if people were actively clearing fates in a zone to accelerate the respawn cycle. When people just sat around hoping for the one they wanted for the book, that's when it took forever to spawn because you were waiting for the ones on the map to time out so another could spawn.
