Please make the vendor for the new EX trial sell actual gear, not coffers.

The "new" gear sets exist mostly for the sake of aesthetics due to being only marginally better then crafted gear.

Problem is, there is presently no way to preview the appearance of new gear to see how it looks when dyed without actually owning it.

Simply making the actual gear pieces be available at the vendor would fix this issue.

I understand your point, its sad we can't preview the gear before getting it.

On the other hand, that would be SUPER cluttered to have have nearly 100 pieces of gear to sort through.

Besides, you know what the gear looks like, dyability aside

You can't preview how it dyes though, can you?

The only reason I find this whole situation problematic is that there's historically been job gear pieces that do not dye how you would expect them to.

An example I know of is the DNC chest, where only the red parts change color while the pink parts remain the same (As opposed to changing a lighter hue of the new color like many other pieces of gear do).
