[Feature Request] Job Switching in Matched Content

The Problem: When participating in matchmade content, for example Expert Roulette, there have been multiple times when an in-demand role like a Tank or a Healer has disconnected or left. When this happens, the rest of the party is forced to wait in queue for another player to queue for an in-progress party in that role (which can take a very long time). What’s worse about this is that many times, players in these situations will have jobs appropriately leveled and geared to be able to participate, but because of restrictions in the system, they cannot.

The (Potential) Solution: If a party has lost a member, before re-queueing to look for a replacement, allow the members of the matched party to change jobs, and perform the same gear check as when queueing for content alone or as a party. That way, if a tank or healer has left, one of the other players can shift into that role for a faster queue.

This seems simple, but as a developer I know there’s a lot of work that would need to be done to make it happen. Still, it would be a huge quality of life improvement for anyone using the matchmaking system.

It should also probably have party vote with it. So if someone wants to change Jobs/Roles the rest of the party gets a popup asking to allow the change. Make require a unanimous vote so you don't have friends/couples abusing it for faster queue times. And show the votes like the Ready Check to prevent trolling.

There'd have to be an implementation so it can't be abused. As a poster above stated, make it a vote, such as vote kick. That way you cant just go LOL IM A DPS as a tank/healer and just randomly change.
