On the last step of Small Favors a guard gives me the attached text box during the cut scene. He uses 'desert' instead of 'dessert.' 'Desert' is the sandy dry place. Dessert has 2 S's which you can remember because you always want seconds.

The game text is correct.
"Just deserts" is spelled with one s. It's not "desserts" as in sweets. It's "deserts" as in "things you deserve". "Just deserts" are "things you rightly deserve". Related: "moral desert"

Oof you right. Now I'm realizing I'm misunderstood this phrase my whole life and the different pronunciation compared to 'desert' the sandy place has thrown me for a loop. Today I learned.
