If you queued up via raid finder your odds of clearing are the same as if you used party finder, assuming you know how to use the raid finder filters. The majority of the content in duty finder is faceroll dungeons and trials. So again, there wouldn't be a difference between queueing up via Raid Finder and making a party finder for it.
