Eh...what do you want people to do? Everyone who happens to join in a conversation should party up and switch to /p? lol It all comes back to this:
MMO town + Players = Conversation.

If you're the type of player who doesn't really care about other player's normal conversations...chat filters.

but I don't want to miss an important shout... gah, I guess I'm anti social :/
