It doesn't matter. If there's even a couple parties which do not meet OP's requirements of being fresh, blind prog and welcoming to all skill levels, then clearly the entire community is evil and elitist and it's best to give up. It's the only option.
Not surprised you don't with this attitude tbh.
I would recommend almost never joining groups with tags like this. Theyre trap parties typically, where they hope to get competent players to carry them through the content. They better savage players will typically just list their strats and be straight forward about it. The "Do it right, or insta kick" people are gonna usually be the people who suck most or cause the biggest issues.
Youre not losing anything by avoiding those parties. Just make your own pf and be honest, straight forward, and easy going about it. Worst case scenario: You have a bit of fun with other players trying to figure crap out and maybe make some friends.
I mean it very well could have been a joke description they're not original when it's day 1 content. Nobody can expect you to actually have seen a guide video.
But even if somehow it weren't a joke, why don't you just start a learning party instead? That's the joy of PF, you are able to recruit people at the same level of progression as you are.

On my server, there are several go-blind-groups even now at 0:33, but since I didn't get lucky to have my first kill today, I already am beginning to give up on this dyeable dancer-gear I wanted so much.
The clothes are practically glamour, when we look at tome- / savage-gear, and are locked behind such an annoying swapping of mechanics (a ka my brain can't memorize everything and once I do not all my teammates manage the same), that I feel I'm really wasting my time here when I should do different stuff.
Plus, I don't even know if the dancer-gear looks actually good in different colors--- the merchant gives coffers instead of gear. :v
OP you haven't seen anything XD
Was in farm group earlier where tank was like never seen this mechanic usually dead by now so I have no clue how to do my tank mechanic of pulling it to safe zoneguess what he had to learn it

Been in 5 farm parties, 1 kill disband sad really XD
Plenty of blind runs pfs up or novel idea make your own day 1 and all people don't care so long as you are upfront about things.
When I find parties like that.. I just make my own and it works out?
I cleared hours ago with a party I started that was completely fresh, we worked out mechanics and ended up clearing.
I'm sure there are like-minded people that are just as fresh!

Make your own PF, nobody is stopping you from forming your own group and setting the parameters yourself
Plus the DPS check is like 3 minutes in to the fight...
2.0 Veteran from 2013. Just looking to be helpful. DRK is Love, DRK is life.
(Ignore the levels on my character card, the tool i used to make it hasn't been updated for 4.0)
I cleared it with my second group. It isn't that bad. Some of the PF for farming though get me confused. Ilvl 485-490 requirements, threats of booting people if they die. It's an easy ex-trial! Why do people need full savage gear in order to get into a damn party? It's just ridiculous.
I also keep seeing people say helicopter strat/clock positions for Fortius. The mechanic doesn't even require that much thought. Drop puddle at far end of your position, move in, then dance back and forth a couple of times to avoid. It's not rocket science. I think groups make things more complicated than it needs to be sometimes.

2 of my favorite I found tonight.
Blind run - must have seen enrage
Blind run - know mechanics and PF strats
