As a note, Suzaku and Co. will still be around town if you haven't finished the questlines. They're just more depressed than they would be if you haven't dealt with their problems.

During the FATE, a Male Roe/Male Lala pair of non-interactable NPCs appear. I suspect these are meant to be Biggs and Wedge.

Oh, that would add up! I was trying to think who they might be.

Also the Four Lords appears at the four city gates corresponding to their colours/directions.

And are there possibly any other character appearances locked behind job quests? I've done SCH but not a lot of others at Lv80.
