Anyone can help me about Craft Overmeld iLv 460 any crafts but don't mind about CUL http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/CUL I plan to make Potions and Foods NQ to HQ

You generally can't go wrong with with maxing CP, Craftmanship to at least 2498 and everything else into Control.

There are multiple builds depending how much you're willing to spend and whether you use crafting food or not.

That should put you at 2499 Craft, 2205 Control, 535 CP (without food). Fairly cheap meld build.

If so, the following rotation will work for all 2 and 3 star 70 Durability crafts, 1-100% quality. Use NQ Blood Bouillabaisse (available from a vendor in the Crystarium)
