Does the game crash at any point during this load screen, or do you simply close the game yourself? Do you receive any kind of error message?

When you reinstalled the game, did you remove the locally-saved data folder (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV)? If not, try this now. Be sure to make a backup of this just in case it doesn't resolve the issue.

Can you also submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
