Infinite loading Screens

Hello,
This is about Infinite loading Screens with New and Older Characters

Ive installed FFXIV and tried both DirectX 9 and 11. I have this porblem that my main is stuck in a infinite loading screen.. When i select him to play and the little Moogle comes up loading, it stays that for-ever!

And thats not all, when i create an other character and logging in goes fine, untill i transfer to an rea where i can kill mobs (lets goign to south shroud) That character gets stays in the loading screen and when i exit the game and want to loggin again they have the same problem as my highest character an Infinite Loading Screen!

I cant even play other characther becuase they are getting stuck in loading screens to?

So i am Stuck with my "main"in an infinite loading screen and with other chars Stuck at black loading screen when entering quest instances.

So anyone know whats up? I already tried editting that.
I have tried directx 9 and 11
I have tried Reinstalling
External SSD/Internal SSD.

Does the game crash at any point during this load screen, or do you simply close the game yourself? Do you receive any kind of error message?

When you reinstalled the game, did you remove the locally-saved data folder (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV)? If not, try this now. Be sure to make a backup of this just in case it doesn't resolve the issue.

Can you also submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
