Steps:
1. successfully defeated the boss, 2 chests loot appear
2. players starting to roll on it
3. Chaos DC instanced server crashed, every party member get logged out
4. Unable to reconnect to the game because of the server crash during 10min
5. Relogging... out of savage area, nobody got the loot, only the tome, game considered nobody rolled the loot...

Please fix this accident resulting from your server crashing at the worst timing and costing us (a roster) full week loss worth of loot on this fight.
