/dice subcommands not working properly

The "/? dice" command documents that "/dice p" sends to Party chat, and "/dice pt" sends to PvP Team chat. However, "/dice p" is not a valid subcommand, and "/dice pt" sends to Party chat.

I'm pretty sure the function is working correctly since PvP only has quick chat options now afaik and it's just that the help listing is wrong/outdated.

PvP Team chat is not the chat you use while in a Feast match. "/dice pvpteam" still works as intended.
