Any server transfers after merge?

I made a mistake moving from Selbina to Ragnorok by last nights play.
Has good players and community seemed ok but looking for a party at peak UK time was bad. Tried looking for a party to help with WHM spell 4th quest but was stuck at 1/8 for about 3 hours between 9pm and 12pm. Selbina at same time was quite busy in Uldah with lots of people forming parties but most of last night was only a few people asking and chat box was really slow.

Worst thing though was I asked a GM if Server Transfers are possible and there reply was how to find out what GM's can answer to.
