    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    What Mac OS is currently installed? Also, when re-installing the game, do you delete everything FINAL FANTASY XIV-related off the MacBook before re-installing?

    Currently I have Catalina as my OS. And when I recently re-installed the game, I found the Final Fantasy XIV folder and deleted it and tried re-installing it. It still gives me the same issues.
