    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    When exactly did this start happening? Is this the first time you've attempted to play the game on this device? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your Mac that coincides with this?

    What have you tried so far in order to alleviate this error?

    This started happening Monday March 16th, 2020 and I did not have any updates go through to my knowledge. The game was working fine earlier that day, but when I tried logging in around 9 PM that message came up. This is the first time this has happened on this computer. I normally play other games on my MacBook so I know that not all of my games are affected.

    I have tried re-installing the game various times, Updating my MacBook OS, Checking for Safari updates, And clearing my Safari history and cache.
