    Hey guys, had the same problem, finally managed to log back into the game after 3 hours of trying. When I did get back into the game, a server-wide annoucement was made:

    [3:26]We have confirmed that an error is currently occurring when accessing the lobby server on the North American Data Center.
    [3:26]Our investigations did not find any issues with our infrastructure or servers, so it is possible there is an issue occurring along some internet network paths.
    [3:26]To try to mitigate the situation, we will try adjusting internet connection pathways at the time below. During this period, you will not be able to log in to the North American data center.
    [3:26]*Players already logged into the game will not be affected.
    [3:26][Date & Time] Apr. 1, 2020 3:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. (PDT) / Apr 1, 2020 10:30 to 11:30 (GMT) / April 1, 2020 11:30 to 12:30 (BST)

    (At the time the server-wide announcement was made, the period of adjusting these internet pathways had begun, so try logging in after the period has passed.)
