    I'm having the exact same issue.

    1) Disabled overlays.
    2) Reboot didn't help.
    3) Turning off fullscreen optimizations didn't help. Starting in window mode doesn't help either.
    4) Tried removing the data folder, but same issue. Haven't tried re-installing.
