Idea: Adressing "Seasonal Events Furnishing vs Inventory Space" issue.

Hello everyone and thanks for your attention in advance.

Now that the game slowly goes towards its 7th anniversary, I think it's the time when something should be done in order to adress seasonal events furnishings (or, rather, all the space they devour in the inventory). I have 6 retainers, 2 of them are eaten out by furnishing, and most of it is seasonal - and this is with buying just 2-3 pieces of each. And with upcoming years the situation will be only worse.

There are few ways I can imagine it being adressed:
    1. Adding a separate storage for furnishing, similar to the one we have for seasonal glamours. This would allow to free retainers, that are a somewhat limited resource, from this burden, not to mention freeing the storage of house and apartments (that aren't infinite either).

    2. Stacking furnishing items same as materials. It's much more bearable when an item eats 1 slot instead of 20. Sadly, that is probably either impossible or hard to implement, considering that the furnishing that was used has different atributes to make it untradeable ("Binding").

    3. Making it re-buyable from Calamity Salvagers based on having the title from event, same as we can re-buy seasonal glamours. This probably will go against Mog Station sales though, so the option is debatable and highly unlikely to happen.

    4. Crafting seasonal furnishings. In order to keep them limited, sell a seasonal crafting material needed for those recipies rather than items themselves during event. Keep items untradeable to prevent selling them on Market Board. The year after event is passed, the material is added to Mog Station the same way items are added now. As for the crafting recipe, this could be available all the time after event happened for all the DoH jobs at 1st level with low stats required (so even people that aren't really interested in DoH jobs can craft it). In terms of saving the inventory space this would help a lot as materials are stacking, which means only 1 slot will be taken. Old seasonal furnishing can be revised as well.

From the entire list I myself find the most appealing the 1st and the 4th points, maybe even working in tandem:
    • The storage at this point in the game is almost absolutely necessary because it becomes harder and harder to find a place for all the items (that we bought with our own gil or event tokens we worked for), especially if you have only 2 standard retainers.

    • Recepies, while having some nuances, have a room to work with both from accessability side (you don't need to buy those statues in 10 pieces "just in case" if you can just craft them later when you really need them) and Mog Station side (which we, sadly or not, can't just deny when we have furnishing being added there every year).

    • For "tandem" comment: you wouldn't want to Discard the item that you can craft only with seasonally limited materials, so you still would need a place where you can store it.

And that is, more or less, what I think about the matter. Feel free to share your own ideas and comments.

Allow the items to be unlocked by completing the achievement & purchasing one of the item from the vendor. At this point you can purchase additional for gil from a new housing item event npc (available year-round), but all event item now have an ownership tag. Any furnishing with an ownership tag will be removed from an estate if it's owner is removed as a tenant/fc member. The item will be deleted with warning if anyone besides the item owner attempts to place the item in their bags. They could add unlocks to the mogstation purchases too, which would make $5 food actually worth the price since it could be replaced via a gil purchase instead of actual cash if someone ate it. The mogstation part would require them to go through code redemptions if they were to apply this to previous items, so probably more work than they'd be willing to do.

I wonder if it's technically possible to tag only event items. Right now the only items that have tags are those that were crafted, so maybe there are some nuances in code. But the idea is interesting.
