    Did you pop all of the orbs when the NPCs were frozen? Popping all of the orbs will free both of them and the fight will continue.

    I did do that and the fight did continue. I was doing the easy option on that character. The same thing happened each time. We got to close to the end, and I was the only one fighting. Lakshmi went to zero health but everything was frozen. Thanks for the reply
