I get through the orbs but lyse and Raubahn keep getting locked in two red orbs and I bring the boss down to no life but nothing happens, what am I missing?

Did Lyse or Raubahn get hit by any of the normal orbs? That's usually a failure state.

I'm having problems with this as well. We got to the final stage with Lakshmi, But Fordola and Arenvald freeze. I beat Lakshmi to zero healthy and it's like a broken record. This continues for minutes until the FAILED sign comes up. Happened 2 days in a row. I can't figure out what is wrong. Any answers please?

Did you pop all of the orbs when the NPCs were frozen? Popping all of the orbs will free both of them and the fight will continue.

I did do that and the fight did continue. I was doing the easy option on that character. The same thing happened each time. We got to close to the end, and I was the only one fighting. Lakshmi went to zero health but everything was frozen. Thanks for the reply
