Settings doesn't save

Can anyone explain what will you do if your game settings doesn't save everytime you logout?
Long story short my laptop shut down and had to be fix so I had to use family computer to keep my game on. Unfortunately everytime I log on the game settings reset like I never edit the HUD layout. I'm tired having to change my gears whenever I want to level up my unleveled jobs

If it is only happening with this one character, you may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue. We would also like to recommend performing a Clean Boot on the desktop to see if the crashing continues. This will prevent any programs from starting up when the starting when the computer first boots up. This can end up having adverse effects on the game when these programs are running in the background. To perform a clean boot for Windows 10: Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
