    bonus days given via player reaching over level 30

    Hello o/ I have played since the start of the game and have kept to my one character for most of that duration besides a few low level alts. Recently I made an alt to play on the side that I would be serious about and made it past level 30 rather quickly. I took notice SE tossed me an email stating I was being awarded 15 extra days worth of play time for free to my account. I have 7 additional retainers on my account currently and was wondering if they extended the duration on those as well. Seeing as I just got charged a couple days before it now shows I have over a month of game time for retainers. I charge my card monthly and seeing as I am unsure about this wanted to confirm it extended both retainers and my actual game time together and will be charged all at once still. Pretty straightforward but I would like to confirm I grasp the terms of this completely. I couldn't find any other way to check my actual sub days remaining outside of looking at my retainers section of mog station. Seeing as I'm stuck at home and trying to spend as few monies as possible while out of work for the current state of the world, would like to know so I can better budget. Thanks in advance for any positive replies!!

    No sorry it doesn't include those. That free time was added on the end of your subscription so when you current retainer subscription runs out they'll stop working (don't worry you don't lose anything) and you need to go to the mogstation to reactivate the retainer service (and it'll charge you for the 15 days).

    From then on you'll be back in sync and it'll charge you for gametime and retainers at the same time again.
