Cant claim Shadowbringers - Collector's Edition Key from Square Shop.

Hi guys, im new to this game and I bought the Shadowbringers Collectors Edition in the square enix shop, I got the "PC Download" Key, I have to claim the Game via Mogry but when I hit the key, its said its the wrong key ... what now?

You should get an email with the code to redeem it via mogstation website.

I mean I got a code with "RU4E" and It said "PC DOWNLOAD" but in the manuel they say I have to activate it in the mogy station, but the key dont work actually .. thats my problem
