When exactly did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?
Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
Additionally, what have you tried so far in order to try and alleviate the issue?

i did windows recovery update and now everything working normally
