Smart people understand that SE is a business and will continue to sell items on the Mog Station as long as they are making additional money out of it.

I believe your sub entitles you to access to the game's servers at the level you purchased, and that's all. And even that is subject to restrictions at SE's discretion. Pretty sure that's the basic messages of the Ts and Cs

First I dont care if they have a mogstation. My problem is what they put in it. I was very specific.

This is untrue your sub pays for whatever they create for the game full stop. If what you are saying is true that means they could nickle and dime you for quests, gear and whatever else you would need to play the game which is absurd. Why is it people want to be on the side of the people who literally taking stuff away from them?

Our sub pays for access to the game. It doesn't pay for everything they create that is associated with it if it is made as an additional means of revenue for people who want to pay extra.

And apparently, some people dont mind paying for extra/exclusive thing solely through the mogstation.

"False pretenses". No. The forum mods here actually legitimately ban for quite a few things, and your boyfriend must have done one of them. Trust me. I know. I highly doubt he was silenced for his opinion on the spriggan mount.

Here's the thing. You DID pay for the product. These are EXTRA items added after the fact, made by a completely seperate team, made specifically for the MOGSTATION. This Spriggan mount would not exist otherwise. No matter how much you or others may think it was ripped out of the event to sell for premium. It is simply not true.

I didnt do anything to warrant a ban and no there wasnt a reason given. I didnt even receive an e-mail. Its the first time I have ever been banned from a forum.

So I know that there is a separate team that makes the items for the Mogstation...but they dont get their money from the mogstation only...which means they use revenue from subs etc. Also its funny if they are so separate that they were able to coordinate a spriggan mount at the same time as the seaonal event. The real point its a Spriggan..you know the creature thats on the title of the hatchtide. This should have been made available in the game not some bunny costume (which would have been fine in the Mogstation).

Out of curiosity, I had a look at his previous posts.
There were a few swear words, perhaps that could be it, but I didn't notice anything else.
Well, anything but the fact that every post made over the past few years was complaining about items being on mogstation. Carbuncle mounts and an emote... so not seasonal stuff.
You don't oppose SE using a cash shop, except when it has items you (or he) personally want, it seems.

Exactly true..I dont oppose the cashshop. Also yes most of my post are about they shady practices there. Its really my only complaint about the game other than retainers being a monthly charge.

Mogstation is here to stay, no matter what form it takes. Its your choice to buy or not. I mean folks were just fine without whatever item they just released before it was shown off anyways. Pony up or not, but please, just get over it.

This goes to show people have no reading comprehension. Let me break it down..A seasonal style mount was placed in the cashshop and I think its crossing the line never crossed before by SE. This mount should be available ingame because its a Spriggan which is the mascot for the Spring event. We literally got a Spriggan outfit last year.

You don't "have" to buy anything. There have been mounts in the mogstation that have been there for over 3+ years, this isn't something new. Trust me this is not even close to "Wallet draining" as other MMORPG's i've played. Honestly think this thread is just to create toxicity and forum likes. Yes I will say you don't have to buy it because reality is.. you don't.

If you look at my tag I have been play since 2015..I remember when there was only Odin mount in the Mogstation which was a little hard to swallow at the time. Im complaining about SE on their own. Just because other games are worst doesnt mean we cant point out when we think SE is going too far. However, out of the sub to play games this is def the more expensive. Subscriptions, expansions, and if you want extra space a "monthly" charge for that too.

If you think this is toxic then Im not sure what to tell you. I rarely post anything and I dont care about forum likes. I actually love the game I just hate that the Mogstation has to be this way. If you love something or someone you tell them how you feel. I know some people are lashing out because someone is attacking their favorite game but stop and consider that we love it too.

No it doesn't. All your sub money pays for is to get into the park. It does NOT cover anything extra and yes that means your sub means nothing to the mogstation. Again, the only thing your 15 bucks does is let you enter the park which is the main game. That doesn't mean you get everything for free. That's never been how it works. It just means you can play. Anything outside the game, - mogstation- is NOT covered in your 15 bucks.

Please look up the term entitled. Then take a peek at the Mogstation. There are a ton of things in there. Also wanting less items in the cashshop and more in the game we pay for is no were near what entitled means.

Its like going to Disney land just because you buy a season pass does not mean you can go stroll into Club 33 or spend a night at Disney land hotel. They extra expenses that you have to pay for outside the entry fee, they could charge too be on the rides if they wanted to but they dont.
