So even if(!) ingame earned cosmetics wouldn't suffer directly from lack of resources, they will FEEL less important because you can perhaps get something better looking from the Cash Shop. To give an example, it will potentially feel less good/"productive" to farm for a mount when you know that you can get a potentially better looking one from the Cash Shop.

But this is kinda stupid. The omega weapon mount I think looks cooler than virtually almost all the cash shop mounts. Its music is pretty sweet too. So is danger noodle (O4S mount), Most of the Burbs, Virtually all the Doggos, and I want a dragon mount.

This argument works if the quality of cash shop mounts are drastically superior, but they typically arent, and the few that are better arent by a huge margin. It's a perspective issue. You see people really want Doggo Mounts nad Dragon mounts and farm like mad for them. I see far fewer people dying to have the spriggan mount, nice as it is.
