No it doesn't. All your sub money pays for is to get into the park. It does NOT cover anything extra and yes that means your sub means nothing to the mogstation. Again, the only thing your 15 bucks does is let you enter the park which is the main game. That doesn't mean you get everything for free. That's never been how it works. It just means you can play. Anything outside the game, - mogstation- is NOT covered in your 15 bucks.

Everyone pays to get inside. Thats it. And it doesn't matter where your money goes, you are told what SE counts your money is going. And that is to be able to log it. It has never been to give you mogstation items. Just because Spriggans were used for the vent doesn't mean they are ONLY for said events. They were first a freaking mob in the world. Again, what you're upset about is called marketing. And no, because the mogteam made it we know it wasn't made for the event. It was made for the store period.
