That is true, but if the email does not have a quote as to the reason for the suspension no matter how trivial then they should fight it. If the got an email said you are suspended for x reason without showing where you broke the rule that seems out of character for SE. Trust me I know I have been suspended many times and even if their reason is odd, they have always provided a comment that resulted the suspension. Even if it goes no where, people should make a record when a forum moderator does suspended someone without a reason. Do not get me wrong I do think the email had a reason but without knowing for sure I will give them the benefit of doubt.

There is a reason I say "it seems", or I attack the idea, or I say "they", "some people", "maybe", "in my opinion". If you don't use those words you can be banned for "libel, slander". For example. It's the same reason I use a spongebob vocabulary, like I am in 6th grade. The forum guidelines are very broad. I'm sure if there is a ban it is legitimate, no matter how bad you or I may think it is.

True I do think they were given a reason but do not agree with it so they feel it was without reason. That is why I was curious as to what post the email referred to.
