It's not a seasonal event item unless you can only obtain it during the seasonal event. In fact, if it were a seasonal event item, it might be character-restricted, which means any character you make in the future might not have it unless you make another purchase. That account-wide feature is the reason it's so expensive.

I was about to say this. A Spriggan is as much a seasonal mount as the Indigo Whale. Unless they specifically made it to be a part of an event, like the Witch's Broom or the Christmas bear, it's not a seasonal item.

You don't. I didn't buy the Fat Cat or the whale, because I had no desire to. It's that simple. I think people need to separate mmos from traditional $60 retail games, because they aren't structured the same.

Thats nice..but if there was something in the game you wanted that went straight to cashshop then maybe you would feel different. Also not one time did I mention a retail game why did you mention that? We are playing an MMO with a sub and expansions. That means that items should always be made available in the game. The fact that year by year they are increasing the amount of items blocked is troubling. Especially when you consider the fact that they have a IRL shop were people buy figures, music and other collectibles. Just because you dont want an item doesnt mean everyone should be quiet and not voice their opposition to a games greed.

I dont get what you want, its oblivious the spriggan has nothing to do with the Event... xD

Its also we havent gotten a GS mount since... the GS cactuar? That spriggan on easter would have benn perfect. Add a golden/white, what ever version to the mogstation for those who need it >_>

It has nothing to do with the event, because they didn't create it for the event. If you're compelled to own the mount, just because Spriggans were known to be apart of if it, is totally on you.
