These examples you give are all choices players make for themselves. It doesn't involve harassing others into changing the way they play as the person I was replying to suggested. You're taking what I said out of context and made a point irrelevant to what I was discussing there.

Beside that, what's your point exactly? This doesn't seem to have anything to do with the ability to switch jobs and problems that may ensue with it.
