Switching jobs while in a duty

I wouldn't mind a small section at the very start where you can switch between the role you signed up as and are the proper level for.

For example if you go into a duty and there's already a sch and you chose one as well, you can switch to WHM or AST.

I'd rather not because this would certainly be used to force the most meta builds and kick people who don't or can't.
