15 Glamour plates is not enough

My idea is to bring the Glamour Plates down to 5 per class rather than having a static 15. A little bit of extra work to manage for each class, surely, but I feel this would be an effective compromise rather than just simply increasing the amount of plates available overall.

Define "down" and "compromise" when you want to go from 15 to 5x26 = 130...
