    Request 1st person view expanded:

    First: cutscenes need a option to view in 1st person in a camera angel option (thats rather small)

    Second Combat 1st people should show what's in front of you completely including your weapon.

    Finally I know it doesn't really work in dungeons but maybe add a option were we can hold L2 or something to see below and above us while in 1st person so dodging is more possible in 1st person view

    Personally, the only thing FP mode needs is to not have the camera above my head if i'm a Lalafell

    It should also have significantly more toned down effects. As a caster, the moment I cast anything in first person I'm surrounded in a bright glow and can't see jack.

    How can you dodge mechanics from FP when you can't clearly see them?

    Learning the pattern of the ai, THe monsters/bosses always does the same thing every fight and its pattern never changes so when you see x words on it just move you will dodge easily. Because Se doesn't know how to give bosses/monsters a good Ai brain for the fights to adept to the players set up. To be honest if it wasn't for fall points you could play most of the games battles blind folded once you muscle memory its pattern

    Plus if you angle the camera down a bit, you CAN still see most AoEs, just not if you're right on the edge of it.

    This is not small. Cutscenes are scripted and animated in a way that assumes a certain perspective. If the view could be changed they would all have to be re-done to accommodate the player view. As someone who has animated 3d models and scenes there is a lot of "trickery" done to make sure what you want to be seen is seen, like floating people higher or in weird poses to make just an arm or to make a gesture show. Just... thought I'd chip in that your request isn't particularly simple.

    Would be nice but I'm pretty sure it would be hard to implement. Having first person view that looks decent in which you can see your own body and weapon isn't as simple as placing the camera in front of your character. Games that do offer first person were often designed that way from the start.
