    400 sps is like 0.15 gcd reduction, you are complaining about something extremely small. If they put the best stats on the easiest gear to obtain who would raid ? did you think about that ?

    if you cant clear content because you're missing 400sps, then you have a bigger problem than missing a tiny amount of stats
