Randomly kicked from FFXIV when I relog I'm running at 8fps

In the last few days when I'm playing I randomly get booted from the game.
I'm honestly not sure why but there is an error that occurs.
When I relog there is a fps drop down to about 8 or 10 fps which is a huge problem especially when it happens in dungeons that I am running.
Once its at 8 fps it will not change until I restart my pc.
I have never had this happen before and I didn't know if anyone else has experienced this.

Yes. Random disconnects happened a lot to me yesterday.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

How long have you been experiencing this issue? Additionally, are you connected to the router or are you using WiFi? Kyuuon, what have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Where in game does this disconnect occur? Additionally, MIzgamerlady, could you provide the same information as well?

Hello Dynratygus. The issue began last night. I don't recall what I was doing. Today I've been kicked out of the game at least 3 times. I was trying to use the airship to Ul'dah and the other two cities.

Good morning and thank you for the reply.

If you are using WiFi, can you connect directly to the router? Additionally, please trythe following:

    - The game will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. Open Internet Explorer, then open the "Tools" setting, go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
    - Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
    - Go to the "Compatibility" tab, and change the compatibility mode to "Windows 7"
    - Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
    - Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"
