Feature request: Adjustable trigger sensitivity (PS4)

I'm playing on PS4 and I'm holding the controller with my forefingers on R1/L1 and middle fingers on L2/R2 (Triggers). I use the triggers for the hotbar. I also make heavy use of the WXHB.

Now, the problem is that the triggers react very early. I always pull the triggers through while playing. This often causes misses in double-pressing, as I almost have to literally lift my finger from the trigger to the get the release between the two presses recognised. If the trigger would be recognised as pressed (and therefore also released) only at around 50%, this would happen much less.

This is probably something each player would want to set differently, so an option like "trigger sensitivity", "trigger dead zone" or "trigger threshold" would probably be the way to go here. I'd probably set it very generously to around 70% (assuming that 0% is fully released and 100% is fully pressed). This would really make me a better player.

I suggest you look at the WXHB settings, there's a setting in there that allows you to adjust the delay in input required to activate it
it should help a little ^^

but yes, i would like this too I think

Yep, I've seen this setting. It doesn't really help, tough. When I use WXHB, it'll be fast because many of my battle actions are placed there. Granting myself more time for double-tapping won't make me double-tap any slower, so I still won't fully lift my finger off the trigger. It simply shouldn't be necessary to do so, IMHO.
