Passing Ifrit/Moogle Weapons

I wouldnt prefer ifrit and mog weapons getting passed
what i would prefer if they made it like this
lets say for example i have Ifrit Sword,Staff,Lance,Cudgle and i'm missing Ifrit Axe,Bow. in this case i only get the chance of getting Axe and bow only and the others since i have them wont drop for me but will increase the drop rates for other party members to get them
Would be alot better than passing imo
