Would you want it?
Another raid involving Voidsent but you're fighting them with Doom Slayer.

NO !!!!!!!!!!!
Who would win in a fight, WoL or Doom Slayer?
Can we just have a break from crossovers after this expansion please, for 1 expansion.
I'd honestly have preferred none of them, if they're slipped in as lazily as most have been. If you have to be familiar with the source material already for it to have significant appeal and makes it obvious that the content is quite separate from anything in XIV despite being in XIV... it doesn't belong, imo.
For instance, Monster Hunter's crossover fit relatively well apart from the J. J. Abrams-esque reliance on a screeching shovel-wielding cat to say ask the audience to get hyped while everyone else was just left... puzzled? You hunted a dragon and made dragon stuff from it, and it more or less felt like an extension of the hunts.
NieR's, by comparison, certainly could have fit well by creating a parallel to the Crystal Tower's time-bending and being found out in the Waste, indicating a time when humanity could live on in spirit only, through non-organic imitations. But instead it put a vast city inside a relatively small hill with no further context or information.

I think we will get that context in the next 2 raids, though I'd imagine that those who have played Automata might have a pretty good idea as to what is happening already. I know I have a theory or two.NieR's, by comparison, certainly could have fit well by creating a parallel to the Crystal Tower's time-bending and being found out in the Waste, indicating a time when humanity could live on in spirit only, through non-organic imitations.
