it should be in your list of available titles to choose from once you consume the writ and obtain the achievement "Minor Miracle". i found mine on the last page of the list.

It sounds like it might not be showing up on the list of titles for them.

Are you sure you're checking the last page of titles, since titles only appear 100 per page?

lol the menu is the same for either PC or PS4 you just didn't know there were more tabs available to go thru.
