Can't complete transactions in Square Enix Store

I'm trying to buy a game card for my account off the store and can get to the last part where it says complete order, then it says internal error please try again later after i click the button. Is the store down?

same. can't purchase fantasia. Error (-24202)
which doesn't show up anything when I checked at Support.

I remember when it happened to me and got error and the GM said they put a 30 day buying ban on my account and told me each time fails after the first one that added more time to it. The only way found around it was to use Paypal or buy Mogstation currency off think amazon.com.
