Cannot delete/use additional Writ of Commendations

2 writs, 1st mail 6h ago, EN+G+FR text, writ used. 2nd mail 1h ago, same text, writ taken, cannot use, cannot discard

tried to contact GM, GM sent response they can't help, with link to forum->bug report

Same here, 1st Writ was used - got achievement, 2nd Writ sitting in inventory -- cannot use or discard, sent ticket and got same answer as above. Please, just make these Writs discardable.
