Oh hello community, I've been wanting to talk to you about something. Why don't you take a seat. Comfortable? Good, then let's get started.

Get out of Ul'dah.

Seriously, get out now. You broke the inn. You broke the Wards. The streets are so crowded that looking for someone means run 10 steps, wait for 40 people to load, run 10 steps. My chat log is a constant stream of you saying you want to run AV or get some AF out of Darkhold.

I know, I know, I have fond memories of us all hanging out in Ul'dah together too. But let us be honest with each other here, it's causing problems. How will leaving Ul'dah fix those problems you ask? Good question community.

1. The Inn - Anyone think this is something other than an overcrowding issue? I mean every other town's inn has preformed just fine since being added.

2. Wards - I've noticed more of you putting up wares in LL and Grid (only because they can't summon them in Ul'dah). The problem here is none of you are buying wares in LL and Grid. How about we do both our selling and buying out of town? Also say your in the market to buy some HQ Karakul Fleece. 67 stacks up for sale and window only shows the 20 cheapest. Think your going to find it? Sure 7 stacks would still not be visible if we utilized all wards, but that's a lot better than 47.

3. Crowding - So ok, we don't actually fix this. We just alleviate the problem some. Spreading out means that I can see people for 30 yalms around me instead of 10.

4. Chat Spam - This is just a bad habit we have from back in the dark ages when it was a necessity. It seems like most of us didn't notice this, but the devs gave us this handy thing called /search to use instead of just /shout-ing things out. Why don't you use it? Durandal has 406 people logged on right now and only 5 people 1-50 have a flag up. About 1% of the people want to party? I have a feeling the real number is a bit higher than that. Moving out of Ul'dah will force to community to adopt /search to put together parties.

There, I'm glad I got that off my chest. Anyway, I think I'll be heading to my hometown of Gridania. It's been fun, sorry about tossing that cinder-block through your kitchen window last night, it seemed like a good idea at the time. Oh, one more thing. I think someone broke your toilet last night.
