    Extra "Display name" option

    Under the "Display Name" we have the 4 options 'Always', 'During Battle', 'When Targeted' & 'Never'.
    It would be nice to either add "When K.O'd" as an option or have the health bar show up when a player is K.O'd.
    Currently, if the health bar is set to display "When health below 100%", a K.O'd player's health bar does not count as 'under 100%' and cannot be seen.
