    Error 2002 - The lobby server connection has encountered an error

    I've been getting this error for days now whether I'm at my Home world or on World Visit or just logging in to the game..this frequently happens. I could not enjoy doing Diadem or any other contents due to this. Please fix.

    *Note: My internet connection is fine and i have a continuous ping so I can tell if it's something wrong with my internet connection but it's not. Whether if I'm on VPN or not...this happens.

    When exactly did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC or home network that coincides with this?

    Hi and thank you for reaching out. There is no changes on my PC and network prior to getting this error. I've been playing the game as usual then it happened. I noticed that it no longer shows up after the hot fix recently.
