Cannot Log into Light DC at all.

I keep getting 2002 and then 10150 errors when I try to log into my main on Phoenix.
I have an alt on Goblin and can log in just fine. No issues.
I’ve tested the internet at my house and everything else, even other games are running just fine.
I play on ps4

If it is only happening with this one character, you may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

I have the same problem too and I know some other players at Twintania that has the same problem. Is there a problem with Light DC? 1st time it happened to me, I was at Zodiark. Then I don't do much World Visit lately and observed the same thing happening while on my Home World (Twintania). this is really annoying, could not enjoy a game.

Tried this method but didn't work for me. Still getting 2002 error and couldn't log in to the game. Maybe there is something wrong with Light DC.

Could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. .

NOPE....issue is still going on...just experience it now 4x and could not log back in to the game..what is going on?

Tried the following:
-Clean boot
-Cleared Settings from My Documents\My games\FFXIV

but still issue exists...error 2002 when clicking Start on the FF14 screen (I'm on Light DC by default) one thing I noticed is that when I tried Chaos DC it does the same BUT I'm not getting the error when I tried connecting to other Data Centers....there must be really something going on on EU...

After giving it some time, I tried logging in again and was able to get back to game. Can someone please explain to us players what exactly is going on? It's really frustrating!
