Missing MSQ glamour armour pieces

So I've been curious but how come some of the glamour sets we get are missing pieces?

The Garlean set is missing the pants, boots, gloves. (They have that unique black metallic texture)

And the Crystarium set is missing the pants.

Just kinda curious why we never get them.

It can't be something to do with restrictions, since we see every race wear them. Just a kinda odd decision on the Devs part.

As for the Crystarium set, there's no real point to having specific pants for it. You've got a tunic with a skirt and thigh-length boots. You're not going to see the pants. Just wear anything you like.

If you look up the character data, they're wearing the Adamantite Chain Hose of Maiming.

I meant the one from ARR. Not the stormblood one.

Just find it weird that we didn't get all the pieces.

I wish we got actual Imperial armour and not just that generic stuff in ARR or the Doman stuff.

If nothing else the upgraded Crystarium pants should fill the void nicely. I mean, it's literally Crystarium gear in both appearance and name.
