I'm pretty sure he means there will be 3 more numbered wards each of them having a subdivision

Love that it won't be restricted to FC's and relocations. Everyone should have a chance if you have the gil. I will be ready for the mad dash with banana peels to throw.

It is going to be a mad rush though so after all is said and done these houses will be gone within a hour I suspect and many will be unhappy because they couldn't load in and some will crash so expect the bad feedback after the fact.

3 wards (standard plots 1-30, subdivision plots 31-60).

Good that the release is not restricted to FC only as with the previous releases that resulted in the "private citizen" losing out and also being priced out of the market. Not that I will ever have enough Gil to be able to afford a house - I am content with my apartment.
